Room Design

Match the surfaces, not just the invitation.

A warm palette on wood or stone behaves differently from saturated color on white drape. The lighting direction should account for the real room.

Color

Choose a palette that photographs well.

Brightness and saturation are adjusted for skin tones, ambient light and the color already present in the venue.

Placement

Put light where the architecture supports it.

Columns, perimeter walls, drape, bars, entrances and stage areas can be treated as separate zones.

Timing

Change the scene when the event changes.

The room can stay warm for dinner, introduce a company color for a programmed moment and shift again when dancing begins.
